I also had another source file (MPEG2 raw TS) which also received the same error. I also tried AVCHDCoder but received the error "an error occurred while encoding video".
Output target does not even have a Video or Audio section and does not play with VLC or anything else I'm not an expert on these issues so thanks for any advice. The attempt was to save to MP4 using 9000mbs bitrate to get the file to about 4gb. In the past I have used these captured files and converted to MP4 with a smaller size using Handbrake with no issues. Source file is 6.24GB TS which I used which was created from Hauppauge and its included Total Media Extreme 2 capture software which I have been using for years.
